Refunds
Platinum Mini Bins & Disposal does not accept refunds once a Bin has been dropped off at the specified location. If you wish to cancel an order before a Bin has been dropped off at the specified location, you must provide us with forty-eight (48) hours’ notice to avoid the late penalty fee. Failure to notify the Company at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance will result in a charge of 25% of the order fee.
